IT Project Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to join a growing IT team in Exton, PA. The IT Project Manager will own multiple technology projects through development, testing, and implementation, while partnering closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and vendors. The ideal candidate brings strong IT project management experience, hands-on business analysis skills, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager Include:

• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects from initial intake and discovery through testing, implementation, and go-live.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and discovery meetings to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and dependencies while proactively managing risks and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between business stakeholders, development teams, QA/testing resources, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication, status updates, and expectation management to key business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications for the IT Project Manager Include:

• 3+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably managing software, enterprise application, systems integration, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies required; Smartsheet experience, QA/testing exposure, and PMP certification **preferred**.
• Hands-on Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, discovery sessions, business process analysis, and functional requirements documentation.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC, including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working directly with business users and technical teams to manage expectations and project priorities.

Compensation for the IT Project Manager Includes:

• Salary Range: $95,000, with bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.
• Standard benefits package.
• Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, with Wednesday currently a required in-office day.
