Mathtech is looking for a Procurement Systems Business Analyst to join our Integrated Communications Systems
Group (ICSG) division located in Falls Church, VA. This position requires experience in the administration of Deltek
Costpoint procurement and inventory modules and is responsible for providing technical support to help improve
procurement processes.
ICSG offers world-class digital communications systems and engineering services that meet the stringent
requirements of the DoD and are flexible to support the diverse needs of civilian agencies and the private sector.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Technically support the procurement team with a strong focus on Costpoint Materials Modules, to include
Product Definition, Bills of Material, Inventory, and other Material modules.
• Develop and manage product definitions and Bills of Materials.
• Track and adjust inventory and generate reports on inventory status.
• Update general ledger with dollar values for inventory transactions.
• Guide the procurement team through systems upgrades and integrations into business systems.
• Gather user requests and interpret them into understandable requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses against ERP software solutions when necessary.
• Vet report enhancement requests to ensure they do not disrupt a particular report's use and provide input to
new report requests.
• Problem resolution for inventory and procurement issues, which at times will require investigation into data
quality issues to identify corrective action.
• Liaison to the procurement planning and purchasing and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support the team during system reviews and audits.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer systems, logistics or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with Deltek Costpoint administration, specifically providing technical support for inventory
and procurement modules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
• Government contracting industry experience is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR and EAR (i.e. U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected individual
such as a refugee or asylee).
