Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring Radar Integration and Test Engineers to support the integration and testing of advanced radar systems for new development programs supporting the AEGIS Combat Systems.
Location: Moorestown, NJ • Syracuse, NY
Active Secret clearance required
U.S. Citizenship required
Responsibilities:
- Integrate radar hardware and software subsystems
- Perform AESA Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) testing
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures
- Break down (decompose) radar systems and requirements
- Verify, trace, and report system requirements
- Ensure requirements are testable and validated
- Investigate issues and drive them to resolution
- Participate in technical and design reviews
- Document work in engineering data systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience integrating and testing radar systems
- Domain expertise: Radar Systems (fixed, transportable, and ship-based)
- Hands-on experience with test equipment:
- Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators
- Network tools (e.g., Wireshark)
- Experience with test automation (C++, MATLAB, or Python)
- Experience with requirements tools (DOORS, Jira, Confluence)
- Familiarity with both sides of the Systems Engineering V-model
Compensation:
Level 2: 2–5 years ~$110,000
Level 3: 5+ years ~ $150,000
Level 4: 9–13 years (SME preferred) ~$185,000
- 4-day work week (4x10 schedule) – every Friday off
