Order Fullfillment Representative - 177151

Piper Companies is seeking an Order Fulfillment Representative to join a growing organization within the industrial automation and manufacturing industry. The Order Fulfillment Representative will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service by processing customer orders, quotes, and related transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong order processing experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position is fully on-site Monday-Friday in Malvern, PA.

Responsibilities of the Order Fulfillment Representative:

• Process customer orders, quotes, and sample requests while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

 • Work directly with customers to gather, verify, and clarify order information as needed.

 • Assist with verifying, updating, and maintaining customer master data records.

 • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, product information, and related inquiries.

 • Utilize ERP systems, Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations.

 • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.

 • Support additional order fulfillment and customer service functions based on business needs.

Qualifications of the Order Fulfillment Representative:

• 2+ years of order processing or customer service experience in a call center or high-volume environment.

 • Strong data entry skills with the ability to type accurately

 • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.

 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, internet applications, and integrated ERP/business systems.

 • Experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred.

 • Ability to work onsite and spend the majority of the workday in front of a computer.

 • Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes based on business requirements.

Compensation for the Order Fulfillment Representative includes:

• Salary range: $20-25/hr
