Field Office Technician (Secret Clearance)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Field Office Technician to provide on-site technical support for field offices of a military engineering program. This technician would support multiple offices in Memphis, TN. This work will include supporting Windows/Microsoft 365 based equipment and accounts.

SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities of the Field Office Technician:

·      Provide technical support for IT infrastructure and end-user devices

·      Conduct network performance evaluations

·      Check conference room equipment and AV

·      Support end user devices and accounts

·      Assist with IT equipment set up and disposal

Requirements for the Field Office Technician:

·      5+ years of experience providing on-site technical support

·      Secret clearance

·      Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop

·      Experience supporting Active Directory, accounts, GPO, password resets

·      Experience supporting security updates and system refreshes

·      Experience maintaining laptops, desktops, servers, switches, routers, printers, etc.

·      Applicable IT certifications (A+, Security+, Network+, etc.)

Compensation for the Field Office Technician:

·      $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
