Senior Systems Integrator (SETA)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Systems Integrator to support a company focused on advanced Electronic Warfare (EW), Cyber, and C5ISR modernization initiatives supporting U.S. Army technology development and rapid prototyping efforts. This position is ON-SITE at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and requires an active secret clearance.

The Systems Integrator will provide acquisition, technical oversight, and program integration support for emerging technology and capability development efforts. Join a mission-driven team helping deliver next-generation capabilities to support operational readiness and modernization objectives.

Responsibilities for the Systems Integrator include:

• Provide SETA support to government leadership, supporting acquisition planning, technical evaluations, and program execution activities.
• Review contractor and vendor technical solutions, deliverables, schedules, and performance to ensure alignment with program requirements and objectives.
• Support integration, evaluation, and transition of rapid prototyping and emerging technology initiatives.
• Develop executive-level briefings, reports, white papers, and program documentation while facilitating coordination among stakeholders and vendors.
• Track program milestones, requirements, risks, deliverables, and action items, providing recommendations to support leadership decision-making.

Required Qualifications for the Systems Integrator include:

• 5+ years of experience supporting U.S. Army, DoD, or Federal Government programs
• Experience providing SETA, acquisition, program management, systems engineering, or technical integration support
• Experience evaluating contractor or vendor performance and technical deliverables
• Strong technical analysis, stakeholder coordination, written communication, and executive briefing skills
• Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Active Secret Security Clearance

Compensation for the Systems Integrator includes:

Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000
