Enterprise Architect Consultant - Remote

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Architect Consultant to join a team remotely. The Enterprise Architect Consultant will support large-scale cloud transformation engagements across multiple enterprise customers.

Responsibilities of the Enterprise Architect Consultant:

• Partner with enterprise executives and technology leaders to understand business objectives, organizational structures, technical constraints, and transformation priorities.
• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering workshops.
• Translate business objectives into actionable enterprise technology strategies.
• Develop transformation roadmaps spanning technology, platforms, applications, people, governance, and operations.
• Help clients evaluate business cases, cost considerations, organizational requirements, and implementation priorities.
• Develop enterprise reference architectures that align business objectives with technical requirements.
• Design solutions around customers' existing technology environments rather than relying on a single prescribed technology stack.
• Define cloud migration and application modernization strategies.
• Support the design of enterprise cloud landing zones and compliant cloud environments.
• Lead Technical Implementations
• Own Senior Client Relationships

Qualifications of the Enterprise Architect Consultant:

• 10+ years of progressive experience across enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, infrastructure architecture, technology consulting, or related disciplines.
• Significant experience working in a client-facing technology consulting environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise architecture or major cloud transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud architecture and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience developing enterprise or cloud reference architectures.
• Experience with cloud migration and/or application modernization initiatives.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technology strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Experience working directly with technical engineering teams through implementation.

Compensation for the Enterprise Architect Consultant:

• Salary Range: $225,000+ *flexible based on experience*
