Associate Director - HCP Marketing

Piper Companies is seeking an Associate Director, HCP Marketing to support a global pharmaceutical organization in Nutley, NJ. This role will lead HCP marketing strategy and execution for a key neurology portfolio.

Responsibilities of the Associate Director, HCP Marketing

• Develop and execute HCP marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.

• Create clinically relevant content targeting neurologists and other healthcare professionals.

• Partner with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to execute brand initiatives.

• Leverage market research, field feedback, and performance data to optimize marketing programs.

• Manage agency partners, projects, timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Support broader brand strategy and commercialization initiatives.

Qualifications of The Associate Director, HCP Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing or related commercial experience.

• HCP or brand marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Neurology experience preferred.

• Experience with MLR review processes and cross-functional project management.

• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Compensation of the Associate Director, HCP Marketing

• Salary: $200,000–$220,000

• Location: Nutley, NJ – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

• Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
