Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Piper Companies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing Talent Acquisition team with one of our clients remotely. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

·       Support full-cycle recruitment activities for entry-level to mid-level positions within life sciences, quality, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, and corporate functions.

·       Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and university partnerships.

·       Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

·       Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

·       Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

·       Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

·       Draft and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.

·       Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and next steps.

·       Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activities.

Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Specialistr:

·       4+years of experience working in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related field

·       Must have previous hands on recruiting experience

·       Life science/clinical research recruiting experience preferred, not required

·       Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field

Compensation for the Corporate Recruiter:

·       Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience
