Summary of Talent Acquisition Manager Opportunity:    

The Talent Acquisition Manager will participate in the recruitment efforts on behalf of Crypsis, as the organization strives towards setting the standard of excellence within incident response, digital forensic investigations and proactive security consulting..  The Talent Acquisition Manager will actively engage with the recruitment strategy and tactics on behalf of the Company in order to attract the most qualified candidates for each role  The successful candidate for this role will deliver results within talent acquisition to predictably hire consultants with forensic and digital investigations experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for: Recruiting (hunting) pockets of talent and driving referral programs from internal and external sources.  Crypsis recruiting efforts will focus on candidates with an expertise in incident response (data breach), digital forensics and experience investigating data breaches leveraging forensics tools including Encase, FTK, X-Ways, SIFT, Splunk, and custom Crypsis investigation tools to determine a source of compromise and malicious activity that occurred in client environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting: candidate identification, interview preparation, feedback
  • communication, compensation negotiations, and details surrounding onboarding
  • Deliver high activity of qualified candidates supporting all offices: McLean, VA, New York City
  • (Manhattan), Chicago, Los Angeles, and (future office) London
  • Approach field offices and executive sponsors as internal customers, providing the highest quality
  • of service, transparency, and coordination of candidates
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience, in order to drive a premium brand within the Crypsis talent pool
  • Work with the ZP Group Talent Acquisition Director and the Crypsis leadership in order to continuously enhance the following processes: interview,feedback, offer and new-hire orientation
  • Advanced sourcing and networking of passive and active job seekers by utilizing the latest recruiting technologies and multiple referral channels
  • Collaborate with Crypsis and ZP Group marketing in order to maximize recruiting event branding and marketing collateral
  • Maintain external job postings and applicants for open and future positions
  • Document all activity and candidate notes in Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Submit weekly report summarizing all recruiting activity and candidate pipeline
  • Perform Quarterly Business Review (QBR)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting and hiring high-caliber candidates within the staffing industry
  • Current or former Talent Acquisition Manager level role within a nationally recognized staffing firm is a positive, but not required
  • Capable of working with executive level business owners and delivering critical feedback to peers
  • and supervisors
  • Exhibits the ability to have direct conversations with potential candidates and practices

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to create a sense of urgency in others required; the desire to
  • achieve at a high level is also required
  • Superior interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills; creative problem solver and team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Liberal Arts or related field

Reporting To:

The Director of Talent Acquisition of ZP Group

Location:

Tysons, VA (Onsite in office location five days a week)

Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Bonus
  • $100/month cell phone allowance
  • Open PTO Plan
  • Other potential incentives determined by leadership up to and including eligibility in incentive
