Essential Duties And Responsibilities of the Technical Recruiter:
- Partner with local Sales Team to qualify new requisitions and understand the technical requirements and skill sets sought by our Clients.
- Perform full life cycle recruiting tasks including posting positions, sourcing qualified candidates, speaking with and meeting potential candidates, obtaining referrals, prepping people for interviews, and overseeing all necessary onboarding paperwork prior to Client start dates.
- Assist Sales Team with business development responsibilities such as gathering leads, setting new meetings via reference checks, co-attending Client meetings, and selling Piper Companies services
- Document and report daily activity using various company tools.
Qualifications And Required Skills of the Technical Recruiter:
- Strong desire to work in a sales driven organization with unlimited earning potential based on direct work ethic and production
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and show initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency, resilience, and desire to achieve at a high level
- Team player with strong organizational, time management and creative problem solving skills.
- Prior experience with online software applications and/or MS Office tools
Compensation for Technical Recruiter:
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Quarterly/Annual Contest Bonuses
- Full Benefits: UNC Healthcare, Guardian Dental, Vision, 401k, and Unlimited PTO
- Other potential incentives determined by leadership up to and including eligibility in Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
